secondary or post-secondary educational institution. Student membership entitles an individual

to one year’s subscription to the IACA newsletter and access to IACA informational

publications.

Section 2.
Reference Requirements
. In addition to meeting the criteria for membership in a given
92
category, specific reference requirements shall apply to Artist/Craftsperson, Retail, Wholesale, and
93
Wholesale/Retail categories as established by the Board of Directors and set out in IACA's current
94
membership criteria document.

Section 3. Code of Ethics
. All applicants for membership in Article III, Section I, Categories A, B, C
96
and D must read and sign a copy of the IACA Code of Ethics, thereby indicating their agreement to conduct
97
their business affairs in accordance with the provisions of the Code.

Section 4.
Termination of Membership
. The Board of Directors, by a two-thirds (2/3) vote, may revoke
99
any membership of any member for good cause after an appropriate hearing. Any member having a
100
membership revoked shall not again become a member of the Corporation unless/until elected to such
101
membership by two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors shall set the
102
termination policies and procedures for non-payment of dues.

Section 5.
Voting
. Each member shall be entitled to one (1) vote. In the case of membership for a
104
museum, organization, or institution, only one individual who has been named the designated
105
representative will be entitled to one vote. This individual will be eligible for election to the Board of
106
Directors of the Corporation, and may hold an elected office. Wholesale, retail, and wholesale/retail
107
members shall be entitled to an additional vote for each location of business apart from their primary place
108
of business, providing the location(s) is/are currently members of IACA in good standing.
