Office Support Needed
You can help in many ways,
IACA Market Support

Registration of exhibitors

Assist exibitors with set up and take down

Information Desk (local travel, tourism info,
etc)

Exhibitor Support - Booth Sitting, Coffee/Water

Transportation - Run errands, transport people

Photography
Awards
Ceremonies and Banquets

Check in art submitted for awards

Assist judges and record winners

Serve as a judge or a booth inspector

Check in donated art for raffles/auctions

Staff the ticket sales table

Auction set up, sales, record sales

Banquet Entertainment

Photography

For IACA Markets: 8am until 6pm

For Banquets and Awards Ceremonies: 5pm until
10pm
-
For the Office: Monday-Friday anytime between
9am and 5pm
